5 Week Fat Loss Challenge 

CLASSES MEET MONDAY, WEDNESDAY,FRIDAY AT 6AM & 6PM

CHALLENGERS CAN ATTEND EITHER MORNING OR EVENING SESSIONS, OR BOTH. 

 You do not have to attend all classes but when you enroll you will be prompted to register for all 30 offered sessions. You can then adjust which ones you will attend after. 

 The work you put in equals amazing results at the finish. 

Challenge dates: 10/30- 12/6. Winner & Results Collected by 12/8

Includes: 

  • Classes Offered M/W/F 6am & 6pm 
  • Macro Recommendation & Meal Plan
  •  Workouts to do on your own 
  •  Facebook group of accountability and motivation. 

ONE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED! 

Winner will be determined by overall participation, results, and morale. 

Grand Prize will be announced on challenge kick off date.
