Free Bootcamp

Every Saturday at 9am, 100% Free. 

Join the amazing community established in 2014. Bring a yoga mat and water and join us for a 35 minute high intensity body weight workout. All are welcome. We meet at Keep Going Studio then walk together to Lordsburg Park 1 block away. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
