THE WORKOUT

Get in the best shape of your life, for life.  

HIIT

35 minutes of high intensity interval training. Alternate hard short burst of exercise with rest periods.  Combining body weight exercises, free weights for a fast fat burning workout. 

BOOTYCAMP

Kat's signature workout. 40 minutes of glute sculpting. Shape your glutes with resistance bands, free weights and specializes booty shaping techniques while effectively training your entire body. 

STRENGTH

Build strength in a 35 minute weight training class. Train upper and lower body with proper weight lifting technique. 

PRIVATE TRAINING

Train 1:1 with Kat in 35 minute private sessions. Get workouts programmed specifically for you and your fitness goals.
